Halloween Party at the Library 2007

We here at the Arthur Johnson Memorial Library would like to thank the Pre-K Story Hour Class for another successful Halloween Party. There were several great costumes.



We hope you all had a happy and safe Halloween.

Library Going Through Change

Currently at Arthur Johnson Memorial Library we are starting up a new checkout system, we have been running two systems for a few weeks and will hopefully be solely in the new system by the middle of September 2007. All Patrons currently have access to our catalog via the web at library.cityofraton.com/ or by clicking the link on the right side of the screen.

Friends of the Library Book Sale

Saturday, June 23, 2007 from 10:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. the FOL will hold a book sale upstairs at the library. Come and stock up for your summer reading needs! Fiction of all types, self-help, history, biography, religious, cookbooks, children's books, movies and much more!

Library Get's New Logo

The Arthur Johnson Memorial Library is proud to announce that we now have a new logo. The winner of our logo competition is Brad McQueary. Thank you to all who have participated in our competition all the entries were exciting.

5th Grade Class Banner

Take a look at the banner hanging in the library. Created by Mrs. Pafford's fifth grade class, it displays all the signers of the Declaration of Independence. It is a fine piece of work by a great class!
